Hi Our design crew have recently presented us with a range of exciting new pool inflatable designs to kick off the summer. A number of new manufacturing process have taken place and some innovating concepts developed to bring the new inflatables to life. The "Sumo" is just one of many new designs manufactured and tested recently for a local pool. The idea of the inflatable is to have two opponents battle each other in the sumo ring. The last person standing has the privilage to be crowned "king of sumo" and along with the accolades, has the right to sit and watch the next battle......if they are not pushed off the chair first!. The Sumo is a change from previous obstacle course type pool inflatables. The sumo ring has a velcro strip applied so other printed game mats, like Twister , can be attached at later dates. 
The Iceman looks set to become a very popular pool inflatable. A number of new design techniques allows us to manufacture seperate, tilting components, or "lilly pads" as they're becoming known as, to provide a real challange. The pads will tilt in all directions and combined with a slippery surface will truely test any athelete. Different themes and designs can be built around the Iceman concept by simply adding a variety of obstacles to each lilly pad component. 
A client visited our Wellington office, looking for a solution to restore the seat from his Vespa motorbike. The original seat was in a bit of a "state" and covered in black material which the client wanted to have changed. The team at Canvasland Wellington were able to find a suitable material to reskin the seat in grey and have the original logo's reapplied. A lot of time was taken to ensure the delicate job was absolutely perfect and look the part when re-fitted to the bike. Kayak Chilli Bag Designed and manufactured by our Wellington crew was this insulated chilli bag, custom fitted to a kayak. Our client was looking for a secure bag that he could keep his "big catch" in while out on the water. It needed to be secured to the kayak, provide insulation from the sun and keep the fish in tip top condition. The zip up chilli bag provided all the benefits of an easy to use and secure storage bag, which can be wiped down after a great day out on the water.
