Hi Canvasland is a Levin based company specialising in textile fabrication. The company has gained both global and national recognition on numerous occasions for its innovative and high quality manufacturing. For Canvasland the scope of work varies between replica and adventure inflatable structures, weather structures, through to a vast and varied number of solutions to a number of industry sectors. Recent projects include a 6mtre high inflatable dog for the Pedigree brand, and an inflatable trapeze for an event in the United States. Atmosphere, space and weather protection are provided in the form of shade sails and PVC structures for restaurants, bars and cafes. The ongoing supply of boat pontoons to Picton based Naiad Inflatables is another string in Canvasland’s bow that highlights the company’s versatility and innovation. Then there are those unusual one off items, like the inflatable climbing wall or the myriad of art forms we bring to life for some of the country's top artists. For Canvasland it’s all about variety, versatility, quality and innovation. The success of Canvasland is due to the fact it is based around a highly skilled and long serving production team at both our Levin and Wellington plants. The 28 staff are at one with the latest in sewing machine equipment, high frequency welding systems and CAD technology. It is because if the dedicated team and technology that Canvasland is held in high regard within the canvas and textile industry. Ideal for new product launches or corporate promotions, Canvasland can provide you with eye catching giant inflatables to grab the attention of potential customers. Picture: 5mtr high H2Go Water bottle.  2 metre high Clean and Clear bottles for instore promotion   This giant Lindauer bottle stands at 7mtrs high and is ideal for major outdoor events. Although a large structure, the bottle packs down to a managable size carry bag that fits in the boot of a station wagon. Installation from start to finish would take about 10 minutes.  Recently manufactured for Tip Top, this Big Bikkie ice cream tub is a 5mtr high inflatable. The Big Bikkie tub will be used at a variety of give away events this summer.  These digitally printed V cans will be used at V promotions around parks, concerts and events throughout New Zealand.  Often seen at Field Days and shows, this 7metre high dog stands guard at the Pedigree Pet Food stand.  At Canvasland we have a large range of pool and land based interactive inflatables. Obstacle courses, bouncy castles and slides are a specialty. We also have a dedicated design team onsite that can help develop a custom made structure for your company of event.  The Ocean Challange is one of many pool inflatables we manufacture on a regular basis. Most of our interactive inflatables can be modified to suit your requirements.  The materials used on our infalatbles provide an excellent surface for printing on. Digital printing was used to apply the bottle graphics on this Primo branded inflatable boxing ring seen below during manufacturing.  The Pelican Slide is an award winning structure which can be seen at the H20 Extreme Aqualtic Centre in Upper Hutt, Wellington. Kids (and adults) climb up the back of the Pelican before sliding out through it's mouth. The Pelican is a prime example of a structure that can be used in pools and on land.  This eye catching obstacle course provides hours of fun and plenty of challenges for those keen to take it on.  The ever popular slide. This giant slide manufactured for Chipmunks Playland is being tested before being dispatached to our client.  Canvasland can provide you with a variety of cover options for your promotion or event. Whether it is an easy to erect instant canopy or a custom made inflatable structure we will ensure a suitable design is found or created for you. Photo: Star Canopies - these popular tents are quick and easy to assemble. Branding can also be applied to the roof panels.  Instant Canopies come with a strong aluminium frame. Set up within minutes, Instant Canopies are available in a variety of sizes from the standard 3m x 3m square through to 6mtr octaganal designs like the one pictured. Walls are also available to fully enclose the structures.  If you're looking for something a little different, or something that has impact, yet provide cover from the weather, inflatable domes are the answer. These impressive inflatable structures can be manufactured in a number of sizes from 6mtr through to 12mtr diametre. With branding and graphics applied they are certainly an eyecatcher.  Custom designed inflatable structures are also a possiblitiy. This unique looking structure was manufactured for the Treaty to You travelling exhibition. Apart from the look and shape of the inflatable, part of the design process was to ensure the structure could attach to the side of a trailer unit to form the entrance way to the exhibition.  Canvasland has a dedicated design and production team who are always happy to help you out with any ideas you may have - regardless of how outlandish they maybe. These giant "Moonhoppers" were manufactured for the New Zealand fashion week and used as stage props during the event.  Recently completed, this inflatable climbing wall has no steele frame work whatsoever. The entire structure is purely manufactured from PVC which is all air inflated. The wall is one of 3 structures sent to America recently, and was awarded an outstanding achivement award at the International Amusement Parks trade fair held in Las Vegas recently.  The second of 3 structures sent to the USA - this inflatable swing stands at 7mtrs high. Anyone keen to give it a go needs to jump off the platform to try and grab the swing mid air.  The final structure sent to USA - this massive Trapeze is another inflatable structure without any steele rigging at all. The challange is to leap from the platform and, using the trapeze swings, swing your way to the other end of the structure before launching yourself over the hurdle to finish.  Giant cinema screens have become popular over the past few summer seasons. Manufactured for outdoor or drive in cinema these screens can be made in any size. The screen pictured measures 12mtrs x 7mtre in dimension.  This "Globe and Pool" interactive inflatable was made for Volunteers Services Abroad for use at their promotional displays around the country. The digitally printed globe floats in a pool of water. Visitors to the display are invited to spin the the globe to view the photos and information printed on it.  Finishing chutes can be manufactured in any shape, size or colour. Printed with sponsors branding and logos the chutes provide an excellent advertising structure at the start / entrance and exit / finish to any event.  Sails were added to this Chute to add a bit of extra flair. The chute is used at a number of National triathalons during the year.  These smaller chutes are manufactured from air tight fabric and are seam sealed in construction. Like beach balls, once the structures are inflated they no longer require continuous air to keep them up. Ideal for events where there is no power supply.  |
