With the sun smart message getting further engrained into peoples minds, sun protection has been a big consideration for a lot of homes this summer. Our awning and shade team have produced some stylish shade sail projects recently which have provided a versatile outdoor entertaining area for many homes.
Cookie Bear's Tree House
An exciting project for us to kick the year off with, is this fantastic custom designed obstacle course. Themed around a number of Cookie Bear's biscuit brands, the course has kids weaving their way through a number of fun challenges before coming to the base of the tree trunk. The tree trunk design was a first for Canvasland. We wanted to create a hollow trunk that allowed kids to walk inside it to access ladders to one of two slides that excited the trunk. A lot of innovative design work and careful manufacturing went into the creation of the tree. A key objective was to manufacture a 100% inflatable structure, strong enough to hold the weight of climbers inside the trunk and the large canopy that sits on top without the need for any rigid frame work. The end result was this eye catching interactive inflatable - 100%
inflatable! The Cookie Bear Tree House will be used at a number of major events throughout the country this year.
When the summer sun goes down......

What Now TV
Canvasland has had the privilage to produce some products for one of the Nations favourite childrens TV shows. What Now has started filming for the new season. As part of the new studio set, Canvasland was contracted to produce an inflatable slide and a number of beach balls to add to the fun and excitment of the show. A travelling segment of the show also required this slippery slide and hurdle inflatable, which I'm sure will provide many a candid TV moment.
