To further enhance our support services, we have implemented the ability for you to log requests for support via our website. You will also be able to view the history of your job request (Ticket) and be able to track its progress, which provides a higher visibility with a quicker and faster approach to resolving your issues. This service is FREE
to all LANcare Platinum, Gold and Silver contract customers. Please email lynne.r@lantech.co.nz who will provide you with access and password details. Once you have been setup you will also receive a brief instruction sheet on how to navigate and use the system. If you have any queries, please contact your Account Manager.
